Morgan paved the way for the beginning of my 45 year in the pump business, with a part-time position at A-S-H. What a place to get started in! Hindsight is a great gift, helping you see more clearly the events and circumstances that shape you, giving you a better appreciation of the impact people have. Morgan led the A-S-H rubber plant, in a hands on style that unified employees in a truly exceptional way. He cared... about customers and the people who made the business side work so well, a major reason for the leadership position in the markets we served. He did what it took to get the right things done; treated everyone with respect. Proof that you can be successful and be a positive influence in the lives of others along the way.
My condolences to Tom, Lori, Kevin and all the family. I was deeply saddened by the news and lifted up by remembering a life well-lived; what a privilege and Blessing to know him and to work for him.
