Oliver has lived in Plymouth Meeting, Pa all of his life He was a very active leader with Plymouth Meeting Evangelical Congregation Church He worked with the US Postal Service at the Plymouth Meeting office, after retiring he worked as a truck driver with Danella Construction He was a board member with Plymouth Meeting Trust
