My thoughts and prayers are with the Dowdy family. Roman was always the sweetest, most personable young man when the boys were in their formative middle/high school years. When the other kids would hardly stop to say hello, if they were hanging at my house Roman always made a point of stopping to chat with us. A fine young man. I was privileged to have met Roman his Sophomore year of High School. He spent a lot of time with us down in j-suite. He had an uncanny ability to understand our sly humor. We shared a ton of laughs and talked through some tough times. I always enjoyed hearing stories about his brothers and sister. He will always hold a special place in my heart. Godspeed.
