Obituary of Margaret T. Waszena

Margaret T. (Bradley) Waszena, "Peg", age 95, of Conshohocken, PA passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2024.

She was born in Miquon, Pennsylvania on April 6, 1928, the daughter of the late Patrick and Marion (Dougherty) Bradley.

Peg was a lifelong parishioner of St. Matthew RC Church of Conshohocken.  She worked at Schank Printing until her retirement.  She enjoyed reading, crocheting, and playing bingo.   

She was the wife of the late John S. Waszena.

She is survived by two sons, John P. (& Mary) Waszena and Stephen (& Inez) Waszena, both of Conshohocken; five grandchildren, Diane (& Tim) Gunning, Shaun Waszena, Bradley (& Stephanie) Waszena and Paul Waszena; four great grandchildren, Gabriella Gunning, Ryan Gunning, Riley Waszena and Skylar Waszena; as well as nieces and nephews.  

Along with her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Thomas Waszena and Kenneth Waszena; four siblings, Marie Bentley, James Bradley, William Bradley and Patrick Bradley; and granddaughter, Stephanie Waszena.  

Her Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 25, 2024 at 10:30 AM from St. Matthew's RC Church, 219 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428.

Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Monday morning from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428.

Interment will take place in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA.  

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to: St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
