Jacqueline A. Knup  

Jacqueline A.(Herpel) Knup 84 of Lafayette Hill, PA passed away Wednesday February 21, 2024.  She was the beloved wife of the late, Jacob Knup III.  Jackie was born in Philadelphia, PA on April 23, 1939  the daughter of the late James and late Agnes (Costello) Herpel, and sister to the late Gerald Herpel.  Having been raised in NE Philadelphia, Jackie graduated from St. Hubert High School where she enjoyed being part of the Glee Club. 

 Jackie was most recently living in Lafayette Hill.  However she had spent 35 years previously in Oreland, PA after moving from Walden, NY where she raised her family.  Jackie had a working career which included secretarial work at Most Precious Blood School, Intracorp, and ADS.  She especially enjoyed her time recently as a Proctor for the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners.  When not working, Jackie enjoyed gardening, cross stitching and traveling.  She was known for her quick wit and telling ability of great stories.

Survivors include, Daughter, Lynn (Knup) Bilodeau and Michael Bilodeau of Plymouth Meeting, Son Craig Knup and Georgetta Knup of Collegeville, Brother James Herpel of Ireland, and her Grandchildren Nicole and Alexander Bilodeau.

Her Memorial Service will be held Friday, March 1, 2024 at 10:30 AM from Moore Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street Conshohocken, PA

Friends may call on Friday, March 1, 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the funeral home.

Interment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham, PA
