Obituary of Kathleen E. Primavera

Kathleen Elizabeth Bowe Primavera of Royersford, PA passed away on January 20, 2024.  She was 89 years old.  

Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Sylvester Bowe and Josephine Bowen Bowe. 

Kathleen worked for Montgomery County Adult Probation and Parole for 25 years.  She enjoyed her family and especially her grandchildren.  Some of her favorite things to do were family gatherings, reading books and college football (Notre Dame and Penn State) and college basketball (the big five Phila. and Duke).  She was a fan of Notre Dame.  She also enjoyed going to Ocean City, New Jersey.

She was a graduate of Saint John the Baptist High School.  Kathleen was a member of Saint Francis of Assisi Church.  

Kathleen was  the widow of Louis E. Primavera.  They were married for thirty nine years.

Kathleen (Hoss) is survived by her children, Louis P. Primavera (Darline), Ellen Primavera, Laurie Primavera and 4 grandchildren, Louis Joseph Primavera, Julie Primavera, Nicholas Torres and Nino Torres. 

She was preceded in death by brothers, Thomas S. Bowe (Esther) and Robert A. Bowe and sisters Mary Watson (Joseph) and Helen Flanagan (Charles). 

A  Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Saint Francis of Assisi RC Church, 600 Hamilton Street, Norristown, PA 19401. 

Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on Tuesday morning from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church.

Interment will be private.
