Obituary of David G. Dougherty

David G. Dougherty, age 74, of Plymouth Meeting, PA passed away on Friday, July 7, 2023.

He was born in Philadelphia, PA on November 19, 1948, the son of the late George  J. and Elizabeth (Morrell) Dougherty.

David has been living in Plymouth Meeting for over 30 years, formerly of Conshohocken and Levittown, PA where he was raised.  He volunteered as a Boy Scout Leader and enjoyed movies and camping.  

Prior to his retirement, David worked as a Computer Analyst for Vanguard.

He honorably served in the U.S. Army. 

He is survived by his wife, Ann Dougherty (née Wcislo) of Plymouth Meeting; three sons, John (& Wendy) Dougherty, Ryan Dougherty (& Kristen Cordner), and Kevin Dougherty;

sister, Barbara Peck;

brother, William (& Eileen) Dougherty;

and two grandchildren, Autumn & Kennedy.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Sean Dougherty; sister, Patricia Yates; and brother, John Richard Dougherty. 

Interment will be private in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, PA.
