- Words cannot express the sorrow that I feel for you. Our loving Creator knows how hard this is on you, losing a loved one. We are told at Ezekiel 18:32 “I do not take any pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Sovereign Lord.” As you can see, He does not like death any more than we do. It is not his will for us to die which is why He has given us the hope of everlasting life! (Rev 21:3,4). As the God and Father of tender mercies, He wants you to find comfort in Him through prayer.
