Obituary of Crystal R. Everly

Crystal Robinson Everly, age 55, of Pottstown, transitioned her light to heaven on May 5, 2021.

Born in Salisbury, MD to Lemuel “Wilson” and Carol (Phillips) Robinson, Crystal spent many years travelling between the Eastern Shore and Wilmington, DE supplying friends in both locations with ample love and laughter. Crystal was a devout follower of Jesus Christ and petitioned His Mother Mary throughout the fullness of her life and the challenges that she accepted along the journey. Crystal influenced and supported so many throughout her life in business, in faith and in love of family. She provided a foundation and example for others to follow in respect to bravery, strength and focus. Never one to stray from sharing her opinion, Crystal always looked for the path that would lead to strong, realistic, and valuable decisions for all that surrounded her especially her husband and children.

Crystal found her partner and champion when she was young. A constant source of love, strength, and stability for each other, Steven and Crystal were married nearly 33 years and together for almost 40. Along the long road of medical challenges they faced, Steven and Crystal walked hand in hand. Always finding love, joy, and support in each other, they never allowed a day to end without a smile or laugh. Together they raised two exceptional children, now adults, Rachel and Aidan. Gifted, compassionate, and bright they carry their mother’s charm and tenacity as a symbol of their love.

Crystal is survived by her husband, Steven Everly; her children, Rachel Everly and Aidan Everly; her beloved bulldog, Adele; her mother, Carol (Phillips) Robinson; her biological sister, April (Robinson) Wright; her nephew, Bradley Wright; her adoring Aunt Jeannie (Philipps) Moran and Uncle Michael Moran; her cousin, Nicole (Moran) Motes; her sisters and brothers in the journey, Lorraine (Ryan) and Bill Boothe and Shawn Marie (Gabriel) Brown and Mike Brown; as well as her sisters in faith, The Mothers of Mary Prayer Group.

Crystal leaves a legacy that reminds all of us that the love of Christ and following His path leads to everlasting life not just in heaven but in the hearts, minds and spirits of all who she embraced here on earth. She is a light that will always shine and guide the way.

Crystal's family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, May 10, 2021 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM in St. Teresa of Calcutta RC Church, 256 Swamp Pike, Schwenksville, PA 19473.  A Presentation to the Blessed Mother will begin at 10:45AM, followed by Crystal's Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM.
