I went to grade school and high school with Joe, he was a good friend to everyone he was well liked. He loved to joke around he was the type of person who would give you his last dollar if you need it. He would call me at least once a month ask if there was any thing going on with our classmates or when was the next class get together. I will miss those phone calls but most of all I will miss his sweet smile. Joe loved his family very much and I think thats where he received all the strength to make it through all the doctor visits I know I couldn't do it.

Dear Ronnie and Family,
Saddened to hear of Joe's passing. Members of St. Mary's for 20 years, I first met you when working at the Parish House. As our own children grew, my husband and kids affectionately referred to him as Santa Claus when he worked as an usher and then as they grew and volunteered with him. Very humble man to know and enjoyable to talk with. Also thanking him for his Marine Corps service and knowing he will not only be standing inside the gates of Heaven, but will be standing guard with St. Michael.
Thinking of you and keeping you close to heart as you move through days ahead,
Jane Perkins and Family.
