Obituary of Thomas Robert Phillips

Thomas Robert Phillips, age 90 years, of Erdenheim, passed away on Saturday March 30, 2019

Thomas was born in Wilmington, DE on Wednesday April 11, 1928, son of Vincent and Elva (Healy) Phillips .

Thomas was a Professor of Philospphy with LaSalle University for 34 years and retired in 1995.

He served his country in the US Marine Corps.

He graduated from Salesianum High School of Wilmington, DE.  and Notre Dame University where received his undergraduate and graduate degrees.  

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Raymond Phillips.

He is survived by numerous nieces & nephews


Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, Apr 4 th at 10:00 AM from St. Genevieve RC Church 1225 Bethlehem Pike, Flourtown, Pa 19031.

There will be a visitation before the mass on Thursday, Apr 4 from 9:00 to 9:45 AM at the church.

Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, Pa.

Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to St. Genevieve RC Church, 1225 Bethlehem Pike, Flourtown, Pa 19031.
