Obituary of Darlene M. Fazio

Darlene M. ( Ciarochi ) Fazio, age 82 years, of East Norriton, passed away on Monday November 26, 2018

Darlene was born in Norristown, Pennsylvania on Friday July 3, 1936, daughter of the late Albert and the late Eleanor (Dello Buono) Ciarochi.

Darlene was retired from Mercy Suburban Hospital where she worked in Medical Records.

She was a member of St. Titus RC Church of East Norriton, Pa.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years Samuel Fazio of East Norriton,

a daughter Diane (& Herb) Lynch of Quakertown, her grandson Zachary Coyne, and a sister Sylvia Wade.

Her service and Interment are private in Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery.
