Obituary of Donald E. Moore, Sr.

Donald has lived in Plymouth Meeting, Pa for the last 15 years, formerly of Conshohocken where he had lived most of his life He was a lifetime member of St. Matthew's RC Church of Conshohocken, Pa He graduated from St. Matthew's Grade School, St. Matthew's High School, Class of 1945 and also Graduated from Eckels College of Mortuary Science of Philadelphia, Pa where he receieved the Dean's Award in reconition of exceptional achievement in course study He was a Third Generation Funeral Director with Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home and Crematory which was satrted by his grandfather Michael F. Moore in 1888, and continued today by his son Donald E. Moore, Jr. He was a former councilman with Conshohocken Borough Life member of Knights of Columbus # 1603 and Member of Fourth Degree Fr. Tomko Assembly #934 He enjoyed carpentry and could build anything, growing vegetables and flowers in his garden, he also enjoyed spending time at the Jersey shore fishing, boating and going to the beach especially with his family and grandchildren
