Obituary of Herbert G. LeRoy, Jr.

Herbert G. "Reds" LeRoy, Jr. 87, of Reading, PA passed away on Wednesday April 4, 2018. He was born in Bryn Mawr, PA on June 9, 1930. Reds has been living at Hickory House, Honeybrook, PA, formerly of West Conshohocken. He worked with Acme Markets in Conshohocken & Andorra, from 1954 till he retired in 1992. After retiring, he enjoyed a craft stand he shared with his wife in Quakertown. Reds also enjoyed time in the Poconos and taking rides with his wife on the weekend. He also enjoyed watching Phillies baseball and the Philadelphia Eagles go to the Super Bowl. Son of the Late Herbert G. & Martha E. ( Pike ) LeRoy. Beloved husband of the Late Anna T. (Banach ) Zarzecki – LeRoy. Survivors include his daughters Kathryn A. Duran Phoenixville PA Michelle A. (& Brig ) Bowe Phoenixville PA Lenorada A. Zarzecki Lansdale PA Lisa A. Zarzecki Audubon PA Robin A. Zarzecki & (Fiance' Bennett Rosenberg ) Exeter PA Son Leonard P. Zarzecki, Jr. Stony Creek PA Brother Robert LeRoy Delanco NJ Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Along with his wife and parents he was preceded in death by a brother Richard "Freddy" LeRoy. His Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 9, 2018 at 10:00 AM from the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Friends may call on Monday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will take place in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA. Reds has been living in Honeybrook, Pa formerly of Phoenixville, Audubon and Conshohocken. He worked with Acme Markets in Conshohocken & Andorra, where he worked from 1954 till he retired in 1992. After retiring he had a craft stand in Quakertown. He enjoyed watching baseball and football.
