Obituary of John V. Maksimowicz

John V. Maksimowicz, 92, of Philadelphia, PA passed away on Wednesday March 14, 2018. He was born in Harmonville, PA on July 12, 1925. John had lived in Philadelphia, PA most of his life. He was a veteran in the US Navy served in World War II. John worked with Reading Railroad. John and his partner Van traveled over the years to various countries throughout the world. They were collectors of art and antiques. Son of the late Peter & Victoria ( Greff ) Maksimowicz. He is survived by Nieces & Nephews. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his life partner of over 60 years Van Dutcher. His Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, April 27, 2018 at 10:30 AM from the St. Matthew's RC Church, 219 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Friends may call on Friday from 9:30 to 10:15 AM at the Church. Interment will take place in St. Matthews Cemetery, Conshohocken, PA. John had lived in Philadelphia, Pa most of his life. He was a veteran John worked with Reading Railroad.
