Obituary of Christine P. Wallace

Christine (Pierce) Wallace, 90, passed away in her sleep with her children at her side on Saturday September 2, 2017 at Abington Health-Lansdale Hospital in Lansdale, PA. She was the wife of 60 years of the late Carlin J. Wallace Sr. Born in West Conshohocken PA. on April 30, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Clarence S. & Mary ( Guthrie) Pierce. Born and raised in West Conshohocken, she resided in Philadelphia, PA since 1949. She was a member of Gulph United Church of Christ and she was a 1945 graduate Upper Merion High School. She attended Pierce Business School in Philadelphia. She led a full life as a mother, wife, home maker, Legal Secretary with Schwartz-Campbell Law Firm of Philadelphia, and she was an accomplished embroiderer and seamstress. She loved cooking, baking, the Phillies and her dog, Princess Survivors include her Son: Carlin J. Wallace, Jr. Daughter: Susan M. Wallace-Peets Daughter: Joyce Christine O'Malley Daughter: Sandra J. Amador Son: Stephen J. Wallace Sr. Son: Timothy J. Wallace Son: David M. Wallace Sr. Sister: Ann Pierce McKernan 13 Grandchildren 6 Great Grandchildren Niece: Patti McKernan A Funeral Service for Christine will be held on Friday, September 8, 2017 at 10:00 AM from the Gulph United Church Of Christ, 100 Matsonford Road, Gulph Mills, PA. Pastor Bradley Lacey will be officiating. Friends may call on Friday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at the Church. Interment will take place in Gulph Christian Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA.
