Obituary of Patricia A. Bolger

Patricia A. Bolger, 85, of Exeter, PA passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2017. She was born in Manayunk, PA on August 2, 1932. Patricia has been living in Exeter, formerly of Morgantown, PA and Conshohocken, PA. She was a member of St. Matthew's RC Church of Conshohocken. She was retired from Polyphase Instrument Company of Ft. Washington, PA. Patricia was an avid reader. She donated to many charitable organizations, especially veterans groups. Patricia is the daughter of the late Leo & Bertha ( Rider ) Filon. She is the wife of the late Walter E. Bolger, Sr. Survivors include her three sons, Walter E. (& Georgeanne) Bolger of Coatesville, Leo (& Gail) Bolger of Sebring, FL, and Kevin (& Kim ) Bolger of Exeter; two daughters, Tricia Bolger of Douglassville and Melissa (& Sal) Capone of East Norriton; brother, Leo Filon, Jr. of Manayunk; three sisters, Claire Spratt of Lafayette Hill, Ann Filon of West Norriton, and Maureen Filon of Schwenksville. Patricia is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Along with her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Harmon, and two brothers, Eugene Filon and John Filon. Her Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, September 1, 2017 at 10:30 AM from the St. Matthew's RC Church, Third & Fayette Streets, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Msgr. Philip Ricci will celebrate the Mass. Friends may call on Friday morning from 9:00 to 10:15 AM at the Church. Interment will take place in St. Matthew's Cemetery.
