Obituary of Helen M. Horning

Helen McCarthy Horning, age 91, passed away on April 7, 2017. She was born in Philadelphia on August 27, 1925, the daughter of Robert and Margaret (Bacon) McCarthy. Helen was a long-time resident of Audubon and a dedicated member of Lower Providence Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed dancing and playing cards. Helen is the wife of the late Winfield W. Horning. She is survived by two sons, Robert (& Nancy) Horning of South Carolina and Stuart (& Lynn Marie) Horning of Chester Springs, PA, as well as three grandchildren, Kelly, Win, and Ricky. Her Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at 11:00 AM from the Lower Providence Presbyterian Church, 3050 W. Ridge Pike, Eagleville, PA 19403. Friends may call on Wednesday morning from 10:00 to 10:45 AM at the Church. Interment will take place in the Lower Providence Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the church at the above address. Helen was a dedicated member of Lower Providence Presbyterian Chruch. She enjoyed playing cards, especially bridge.
