Bill and Nancy, Dad and Aunt Joan - My sincere condolences for Aunt Mary's passing. As we all know, she was special, as was Uncle Frank, and together they were just wonderful. So many happy memories - Wildwood, Notre Dame, holiday get-togethers, and all the rest. The final years I know were so difficult. I remember my last visit with her, where my sister Kathleen and I spent the afternoon with her at her care home. That memory is a happy one too, as she was well enough yet to be very active and while I am not sure she knew who Kathleen and I were exactly, she did know enough to connect us to our dad, pointing to his picture and saying "He's my brother!" We'd day, "Yes, and he's our dad." And she then insisted "No, he's my brother!" I am not able to make this evening's memorial -- I just could not make getting to Philly work logistically -- Friday evenings are tough that way. My best to you for the evening -- so many fond memories to focus on -- so many wonderful times to remember. Love, Joseph

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time. We want to say thanks for all the great times we at had Wildwood with You and Uncle Frank every summer. We need to think about all the good beach days we had with everyone. The Seafood night we had during the week of Vacation with the whole gang. You are not suffering anymore and you are in the best place there could be now with you Husband (Frank). You can now meet up with everyone that has passed and reunite with everyone. Aunt Honey will be glad to finally see her sister again. Donny will be waiting with his Coffee in hand. We miss you and we will all meet again in the near future.
