John Smith, my pop-pop, was often found lounging I'm his recliner with a Phillies game on. It wouldn't take long for his buddy Oscar to hop in his lap and request some pets. A lot of life lessons on how to be a good man were passed down from him. We would sit and talk about so many different things. I will never stop telling his stories. My world is not as bright with him gone, but he provided me the hope to keep on going and shining the light he always had. Love you always Pop-pop.
