I was sorry to learn of the passing of John. I was privileged to serve with him as Eucharistic minister. He came to my home to bring me the Holy Eucharist when I was ill, and I enjoyed hearing some of his military experiences he shared with me. I remember him as a kind, pleasant and courteous, a true gentleman who loved the Lord and served Him well. I was privileged and blessed to have known him. May his dear soul rest in peace. I was so sorry to hear of John's passing. He was a true "gentle" man. He blessed us all with his presence and I fondly remember how he wouldn't say goodbye, rather "Until next time." He was a man of great faith and he LOVED his family, the world will be a little more dull without him.

Jennifer, Janette, Jocelyn, Please accept my most sincere condolences on the loss of your dad. Uncle John was one of the most caring, kind and genuine persons I (and Barb) have ever met. When he asked "how are you", he truly wanted to now....that is special. Although our conversations could be lengthy at times (LOL) I will miss the opportunity to ever speak with him again. May your dad rest in peace in the comfort of the Lord, as reward for the peace and comfort that he offered to so many. Cousin Billy
