Obituary of Anna L. Farrell - Comiskey

Anna L. (Stachelek) Farrell-Comiskey of Trappe, PA passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at her home in Trappe, PA. Born in Conshohocken, PA on September 1, 1925, she was formerly of Drexel Hill, Pa, Springfield, Pa and Conshohocken, where she was born and raised. Anna lived in Trappe for the past 6 years. She was a member of St. Dorothy’s RC Church in Springfield for many years and Recently of St. Eleanor’s RC Church of Collegeville, Pa. Anna had worked with Acme Super Markets for 25+ years and was a retired meat cutter. She enjoyed Roller Skating as a teen, casinos as an adult and she had traveled all over the world. She loved baking Christmas Cookies and Supported the Northern Home for Children. She is survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews whom she loved very much. Predeceased by her beloved first husband, Richard Farrell, and beloved second husband, John Comiskey; also predeceased by her siblings, Sarah (Sedor), Sophie, Walter, Ollie, John and Charles, as well as her parents, Aleksander and Stella (Stanislava Wesotoski) Stachelek. Her Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 10:00 AM at St. Eleanor’s RC Church, 647 Locust Street, Collegeville. Clergy: Fr. Christopher Marconi officiating. Friends may call on Thursday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at the Church. Interment will be in SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield Twp., PA. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to: St. Eleanor’s RC Church, 647 Locust Street, Collegeville, PA 19426.
