Obituary of Daniel R. Rumford

Daniel R. Rumford, age 66, of Norristown, PA passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2015. Born in Norristown, PA on February 6, 1949. Son of the late Richard and Wilhelmina (Biggins) Rumford. He was raised in Norristown and Spring Mount, PA. He later moved to Royersford where he resided until moving back to Norristown in 2013. One of his favorite things growing up was roller skating. Daniel loved going to the Sea Shore and the Casinos. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and he loved to laugh. Survivors include his Sister: Virginia Wallace of Norristown, PA, Sister: Florence Knapenberger of Bloomsburg, PA, and Great Niece: Kera Queen ofNorristown, PA. He is also Survived by 2 Nieces And 1 Nephew, a Great Niece and 2 Great Nephews, 5 Great Great Nieces and 1 Great Great Nephew. He was predeceased by his parents, Richard Rumford and Wilhelmina (Biggins). His Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 11:00 AM from the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken. The Rev. Ricky Ayala, Conshohocken United Methodist Church will be officiating. Friends may call on Saturday morning from 10:30 to 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will be private.
